Software for engineering calculation and design
To develop complete engineering projects tailored to each plant, we use specialized tools that guarantee precision, efficiency and reliability:
- CANECO: Used for electrical calculations of protection devices, selectivity, cables, etc. It also allows us to select the applicable regulations and the switchgear brand.
- EPLAN P8: Allows us to develop the engineering and design of electrical schematics.
- EPLAN PRO-PANEL: Once the schematics are completed with EPLAN P8, we move on to this tool to design the equipment and preview it in 2D/3D.
Documentation
We prepare complete engineering documentation, tailored to the requirements of each project, which includes:
- Power, control, and communications architectures
- Electrical schematics
- Dimensioned drawings for equipment and circuit board manufacturing
- Process layout drawings
- Instructions for wiring and labeling
- Bill of materials
- Sheets for FAT, SAT, and validation verifications

In each phase of the project we analyze the key factors to ensure an optimal result.
1 - User Requirements (URS)

We define the project needs, both those of the installation itself —regulations, classified areas, pressures, supply voltages— and those specific to each process, such as the communications architecture, materials and locations.
2 - Control and communications architecture

We distributed the workload and control elements, along with the necessary communications.
3 - Lists of elements

We detail the power elements and the control elements, with their characteristics and their assigned reference label.
4 - Calculations and selection of materials

We perform the necessary calculations for the project and assign the appropriate material references to the needs.
5 - Preparation of the schemes

We graphically represent —with the help of EPLAN P8— the elements we have selected above.
6 - As-Built’s
